求解一道佣金计算的数学题 ？在此先谢谢了

加州卖房 $80W，然后应买家的要求，从中付给买家 $1500 作为修缮费（ 虽然 是“ AS　IS”）

后买家又以卖家的洗衣机烘干机破损为由，在Escrow closed 之后一个月，又扣下了$2000.（ 是从$3500 deposit -- 卖家多住一个星期的保证金， 中扣的）

卖家 Agent's Commision  是 5%. 

请问agent 的5% 的 Commision 应该如何计算, 是多少 ？
