南佛州的出租房需要每季度做Pest control 吗？

我家今年在Cape Coral，FL买了个投资房。PM 建议每季度都做一次杀虫 （pest control). 但是我觉得PM属于房子不管是不是出租，都要求很高的人。所以想问问大家，PM的建议有道理吗？
