退休房是要面向小湖还是高尔夫场

 

东部房子面向苍天大树, 秋天有红树冬天白雪. 想到Florida找退休房子, 后院有小湖或是高尔夫场, 都挺好看.  但不知道小湖是否会有气味, golf 到夏天草坪也不那么绿了. 若小湖干净, 还是湖更好点?
