these banks...

I hate these banks. I was told that I was not eligible for "make the home affordable" program. The loan officer did not know why and he said that the investor does not want to. He said the investor is Freddie Mac.

I do not want to go for FHA because it charges 2% of loan generation cost. now I am stuck with higher % and no way to re-fi. sometimes I think that I should stop monthly payments and get the bank freaked. (because I never had any late payment).
