请问这种情况扣钱吗?

这个租客估计是把卫生间搞得很潮湿在里头蒸桑拿了。 

tub的caulking里不少黑霉。 洗手池chip了一块。cabinet里头放的不知道什么东西都染色到了金属里面洗不掉。 white waffle weave fabric shower curtain 还有门口的decor 给顺走了，shower rod一年时间竟然长满了锈。 

现在我发现，其实卫生间的vent上也被弄生锈了。 一年前入住时还好好的。 这种情况vent cover要扣deposit吗？ 还是说我自己出了？
