請教如何對付學生租客的媽媽？

今天一組學生搬進出租房。住主臥那位學生的媽媽說衣櫃門壞了，需要修。其實並沒有壞，只是比較澀，開合不順。我說沒有壞，她堅持要我修，並說這是房東的responsibility。我必須找人來修嗎？請教大家。謝謝????
