the building supervisor just came to our unit because there is water leaking into the unit downstairs. He came and looked at the air conditioning unit and said you need to send a technician tomorrow to come and fix the pipes and the insulation connecting the unit if not the condensation will keep leaking into the floor below and cause damage.
He said it's not the issue of the filter, which was also very wet, but the insulation and the pipes need to be maintained regularly by a technician.
