请对roof有经验的朋友们帮忙掌掌眼，是否有必要现在就换新房顶。

对这个房顶我并不很了解，保险公司从七八年前就要求我换新房顶，所以，我想象中这房顶很糟糕，该换了。今年保险公司增加了保费近1000（350是派人做inspection，做完后也通过了)。我在找其它保险公司时，有一家比较好的保险公司agent告诉我，若做新房顶，他能把保费降低约1000。我合计觉得换房顶比较好。

在找人去估价的过程中，听上去房顶没有漏，就是太老了（按我自己当年买房时的目测估计这房顶至今大约15年），然后，我又找了一家公司去做了包括阁楼的检查，今天拿到报告，我看着觉得房顶比我想象的好，阁楼状态也不很差，虽然现在的code变了。我开始有点犹豫，拿不定主意了。
