漆房子的价钱

请教各位 一个2600-2700sq ft 的出租房 manager 说需要油漆，给了一个估价$3800。合理吗？房子在一个不太贵的州，既不是白玉也不是白菜，

我可能得自己再找估价，但想心里先点底。
