卖是一个好主意。You need to have exit strategy when you buy any investment.

地主们，本檀高人都没有讲卖的时间。

房产最重要在于买得好，第二重要是卖得好。每年都要做评估，是否该卖？

HELOC is very good..., no need to sell to access cash... unfortunately bank is very strict to loan you now. My HELOC was cancelled by Chase mortgage with just a letter.
