怎么除臭虫

一个租了半年的租客说房子里有臭虫（bedbugs), 他被咬了， 还发了照片。我觉得是他自己带进来的， 让他自己找房搬出去 （刺头租客）。搬出后我要处理房间吗？自己DIY可以吗？google了下说会藏在木头缝里。 Same house 还有另两套出租单元。
