what's the credit score for Jewish lady/girl in general

she stays there just two months before settlement day, the seller daughter got to know her at Jewish community center,
and she will pay $305 more after I move in.

another girl would like to have it, since this lady stays there with seller and want to rent the suiate, I turned down the girl without checking the lady's credits, etc
