北维房租下降--个人感觉

One condo at Stonegate, used to rent for $1500, is now rented for $1350. I also gave the selling agent $200 beside the commission.

One other condo, used to rent $1600, is now rented $1450, same strategy used.

One single family house, used to rent $2300, is now listed $2100, not taking.

For One other single family house of my client, I wanted to rent for $2300, now reduced to $2000, still no success. I used road sign, MLS, advertisement on craigslist, and spreaded words to all the agents I have connection through email. No taking.

I used to rent one condo by a metro station for $1500. I tried this same price for several months, no taking. Then I found the others list same unit for $1295. That's why.

What is going on? I thought the economy ddid not influence us much.
