Investment property- For a no income verification loan, you can get a rate in the high 7s with 20-25% down payment.  The agent didn't tell me how much fees are. 

Primary Home- For a no income verification loan you would need a 30% down payment.  The rate would be 8.625% for a 30-year fixed with 2.75 points.
