大家卖房子有没有尝试过这种方法？

最近有一个商业地产想卖掉了。因为是远程，想尝试一下这个方法，大家有没有什么建议？

先不签Listing Agent，广撒网联络地产经纪，如果可以成交，买方Agent拿5%代理费， 另外的1%我用来找律所过户。

或者如果可以成交，我找买方经纪做我的代理，买方经纪拿全部的6%代理费。

主要是不想一开始就锁定一个代理，一锁就是好几个月
