要不要加个浴室

五个卧室，只有一个浴室。

有两个showing，feedback浴室太少。我要加个浴室吗？还是继续蒙头找租客？

浴室已经拿到估价。7800刀包工包料，不办permit。价格不贵，需要把一个卧室隔开，做水电，所有的fixture都包括。

做还是不做？
