新房客刚签了lease，但又不想租了，怎么办？

上来急问，外州来的新房客两周前刚签了lease，但又不想租了，说是新工作不喜欢，想回去，（也许又找到更理想的房子了） 请问这种情况应该怎么办？还没有搬入。押金已经收了。如何退回押金呢？还是赶快找新房客，重回市场吧？
