其实现在最值得买入的是….

酒店，看2星3星的小酒店，30-50 keys的，一两万 per key, 专做长租，每个月租800.

我现在有3个，共花了3米cash，3个加起来估计今年能营收超过1米，NOI应该45-50万左右.
