HOA不让再把房子卖给investor了。是不是很不好的消息？

买的时候没有规定。现在刚出的规定，有个rental unit的cap.这个不影响我，因为我的房子已经占了名额。但是，所有今后卖的房子，都不让卖给investor。这个会很大地影响RESELL VALUE嘛？
