刚修好的屋顶，又漏水了

是平屋顶。上次大雨漏水。让Roofer 去看，说是二楼的窗子没关，所以雨水进去漏到一楼了。

结果昨晚下来一夜的雨。租客报修，又漏了。说是这次二楼的窗户是关好的。

我知道砖墙拐角（在一楼和二楼的之间的位置，也是漏水的地方）处有补过的痕迹。是那个砖墙需要repointing 了吗？还是那个roofer 没有把roof做好？
