FEMA 视察员说受灾后的房屋结构有问题，保险说没问题，能给点建议么

4/30 市里的 FEMA 去看受损情况，很多房子都损坏很严重，

   Renter 跟我讲，

Trusses are moved and so is the ceilingS

The assessors just stopped by they said the house was lifted and set back down so more than likely will need raised, not structurally sound, he said he's not an engineer so that's not final but pretty sure

 

5/2 保险的Adjuster 说结构没问题。

我觉得很可疑，保险和contractor 都没有motivation说结构有问题，

因为contractor 修不了，保险少赔一点是一点

 

想知道

ceiling moving 和trusses moving 有什么sign么

我怎么跟保险Argue呢
