出租房装修求建议

1）老房子，没有洗碗机，也没有空间和hook up. 离小学隔6个房子，所以我觉得租户八成要求洗碗机。 我要是拆水池边上的cabinet, 工程大吗？ 会不会损坏countertop？ 要是被迫换一个formica 的countertop，去哪里买？HD可以裁剪成适合的尺寸吗？

2） 这种墙上的wood panel 容易拆掉吗？后面一般会有drywall 吗？
