求建议，我们这边的市场还是相当火爆，想现金抢一个房子，请问大家有没有策略建议

今年以来，下了几个现金OFFER。 都没有抢到。刚看到一个，星期四看房。想抢一下这个房子。大家有没有建议？ 3B3B， 1600 SQFT。 要价199000刀。 上几次的OFFER都是加价5%左右，都没有抢到。谢谢!
