Landlord will provide 24 hours (or longer period required by applicable law) prior
notice given to Tenant (in writing, by telephone, or by other means designed in good faith to provide notice) before any
showing. Tenant will not prevent Landlord from accessing the Property in order to conduct showings for which Tenant
was provided notice.
