利率到6了！

投资房的， 自住房多少不知道。昨天刚问的代理。而且是25%首付， 20%首付的估计更高。

这样的利率， 这样的房价，我们这里是很难有像样的现金流的。奇怪的是，市场上买家还是很多，而且是现金买家。 钱从哪里来？现金买来再去贷款？只能说钱太多了。
