房客发来个帖子，原话是 I read & thought it was interesting & something

One of my Tenant wrote to me yesterday : " I read this yesterday and thought it was interesting and something you will consider...“ with the following attachments. 

Background is this tenant requested for other 2-year extention days before even his 2-y current lease ($1700/month) will be expried by June 30, 2023 as he said "I knew it seems too early".

I responded back the renewal will be at new rent rate $2300/month.
