Go Fidelity or Vanguard. Both are good.

Both Fidelity and Vanguard are good mutual fund componies. Scottrade and most banks are middleman, who have no their own products, instead they sell products for other people. 每个middleman都要从你身上剥层皮。Vangurad usually charge $10 fee if the balance of your IRA account is below $5,000.
