掉坑里了，这门的油漆怎么补救

掉坑里了，以为油漆这么简单的活谁都能做，结果随便找了个工人去油漆房子，才几天过去就发现门上的油漆起皮了，一摸就撕下来一片，明显是工人偷工减料没用primer就直接刷的后果，现在该怎么补救呢？是不是要把皮剥掉重新刷primer再用semigloss油漆？如果不剥皮直接再刷会不会又白弄了？
