这房子非常漂亮

从外面看特别漂亮，看得流口水，可惜地点很一般。而且已经荒废很多年了。前屋主买来好多年，想改造，但是显然没成功。原来是学校，买来改造成APT如何？房子面积足够大，可以做100单元。

土地有点小，停车位好像有问题。除了前面其他三个方向都没有空地。

改造这样的房子需要多少钱？

100万，200万，还是500万？
