这个Painting 价格合适吗？

650尺的一卧小公寓，realtor说一潜在租客要给apartment的墙上， 刷上个新颜色才肯租房。realtor的刷漆工报价1600，这个价格你觉得合适吗？

行情，俺这个市郊的小公寓买在07高价时段，属于永远不涨的主。一涨就卖了，不伺候了。

俺自己能刷墙，还享受刷墙，但是实在太忙，，
