急问一个地基问题

一个小房子， 1200尺，一层，地基往一个角斜下去了四寸， 请了三个不同地基公司来估价，两家说要用helical pier, 一家说用垂直的push pier。价钱区别不大，请问该用哪一种好？

另外房子的地基是concrete perimeter， 有个7尺长的横向裂纹，有的说要把裂的部分扒开重做rebar， 有的说只需要seal with epoxy，请问哪种做法是对的？
