租客男女朋友分手

请教群里的地主老师们：

我的一对租客男女朋友现在闹分手，双方的名字都在lease上，已经入住2年半，平时都有付租金，虽然每个月迟付，现在男方要搬出去，已经找到房子了，但女方还没找到房子。如果男方搬出去了，女方收入不够付租金，想请教一下我应该如何处理？谢谢
