I don't doubt the good intention of this poster or that of Miat. Most people have good integrity. That's not the point. The point is why two very smart people have very different viewpoints observing the same market? The answer is they are not observing the same market. I'd venture this poster does not live around Washington, D.C. Otherwise he would be busy scouting opportunities.
