大家帮帮忙看看出租房七年新的Trane heat pump不制热

室外机一直响，但屋里没有热风，修空调的说是coil堵了，换了新coil还是不制热，又说压缩机坏了。让另一个公司看了看，说压缩机没坏，reversing valve 有问题，空调开启几次后可以制热，正常工作了一周，前天晚上气温比较低，昨天租客打电话说又不制热了，大家看看会是什么问题？谢谢????
