请教老房子的plumbing问题

请见下图。cast iron drain line bulges，如果需要全换或局部修理大概需要多少钱？已经发现有sewage leak

另外copper water line也有pinhole leak，这个估计应该好修些？

没办法，这边老房子太多。好区基本没有新房。
