车库门侧面的木头，如何修理？

非常抱歉照片是歪的，不知道怎么正过来

坐标南加，车库门侧面这块木头坏了，inspector说要修，否则会有termite的风险，请问该怎么修合适？需要把整块木头换掉重新上漆，还是有什么东西把下面补一补就好了？该找handyman 还是找修车库门的？谢谢！
