From cash flow points, it's still good.
I have one long term, bought less than 30K in 2011, rent is 695 at time, now, I rent $1750. Zillow estimate is $2000 for rent, value about $225000. So the cash flow is still good if you bought at 225000.
another beach property was less than 130k when I bought, the rent is 1400 at time, now, Zillow estimate 3200 for rent. I just changed it to an Airbnb not long again. Estimate about 60-70k booking. Also I can use it as my vacation home. Zillow estimate now is less than $500k.
So I am not planning to sell them at all.
