一个4 plexus , 都租出去了

两间3/1 两间2/2。租金 1295， 1695， 1200，1200 

要价$750000。很大，平均每个unit 1100sq.  估计$800000能买到。 在房市比较好的城市，呈现上升趋势，人口流入。房子位置也凑合，不好不坏老墨区。 唯一不好的是房子比较旧1972年的 里外upgrade 一些。房子只有一套里面upgrade 了。

值得买吗
