PM 要求的保险问题

远程独立屋换了个新PM，目前看着不错，新租客签好约了下周入住。

问题来了，PM要求我们把他们加到“Additional insured"，但我们用了N年的All State只让放”Additional Interested Party"。PM表示他们可以介绍新的保险公司给我们，但我们不太想换保险。请问有地主遇到过吗？怎么解？
