求教：请看门口水泥板豆腐渣成这样，怎么修补呢？

表面也腐了，脚蹭就蹭得起沙石，而且向里倾斜，有点积水，是否会渗入砖墙腐蚀墙板？刚买的出租房，不想花钱全板换。应该怎么修呢？谢谢指点。
