危机来了还能指望工资吗

今天看待好几个帖子谈到风控。说是稳定工作就怎么样怎么样。

但是，当危机来了，谁能保证自己的工作是稳定的呢？
裁员是肯定的。我们这个年纪估计正是拿钱多的一批人。不裁你裁谁？

风控建议不要把W2算成保险伞。而是把失业作为一个risk来算。
