请教地主们：多久需要更换wax ring？

was ring盒子上一般标注5年warranty，从来没有意识到需要更换，直到不对了，如果在底层，问题不大，也就是清理一下，换个新的，但在楼上，漏水会把楼下的天花板糟蹋了，发现晚了，还长霉。
