401 K Roth 转换

Roth 的好处就是增值的部分不要交税，如果你当地主，收入低，401k 数字大，可以慢慢转一些钱去Roth, 这个没有年龄限制，只是要交收入税。等到RMD的时候就被动了。本来白等法案要取消这个和back door Roth IRA的, 大家幸苦挣的钱，不要全交税了。
