我对他白住一个月没有异议，很好的租客，本来都自雇，因为疫情只能靠政府补助了。可我看那个N12 表的说明是 交给租客这个表之后：SECTION E What happens after you give this notice: It is important that you keep a copy of the notice you give your tenant. You can apply to the Landlord Tenant Board (LTB) for an order to terminate the tenancy immediately after giving the notice to the tenant. 

如果我同意他白住一个月我是否该到LTB apply for the order?
