请教：看了个没人要的

人要的老破房，窗户是这样的，都不知道怎么手动打开，看起来是需要螺丝刀才能打开似的，请教，这种窗户是不是能正常打开换气而不需工具？难道每次开窗都需要拎开至少4个螺丝？正确的开关方式是怎样的？去的时候，没带工具，agent也不懂。
