今年重做的最后一个地基

前两天看到有人讨论碰不碰地基有问题的房子。

这个房子当时很便宜很便宜买的，几乎全部重做了。窗户基本是好的，只重做了5个窗户，siding没做。很费心力，不想碰了。虽然修完之后很值钱。

可能也是这辈子最后一个地基了。

花了$26,350.

还顶平了下陷的back porch.

里面也全拆了，重做了两个公寓，把废弃的阁楼也完成了，和二楼的公寓联通，变大了二楼的公寓。

外面重做了屋顶，雨槽，地基。

两个一室一厅一卫，变成了一个两室一厅一卫，和一个四室两厅两位，都增加了洗衣房。
