refi 从八月底开始，今天最后一个sign

average rate 减了0.25，挣点钱真是不容易，
我的cash flow 以前是负的，从19年开始的六百，去年四千多，到今年8千多。好幸苦，并且这个cash flow 只是PMI之后的，没算修理.

我早的房子有十来年，大多数15后买的，平均算下来2017年吧。加州挣点cash flow 真是痛苦，平均cap rate 4.2%左右。还要继续工作，炒股，呵呵
