亚利桑那投资房，贷款额26万，费用是这样的:

Loan Orignation fee: $0

points: $328

appraisal: $845

settlement fee: $570

Lender's title insurance: $1118

credit report: $75 

十年没做refinance了，不知道市场行情，大家看看这个利率和费用怎么样？谢谢！
