通货膨胀是暂时的吗？

感觉通货膨胀是暂时的，和家人通话中国国内物价没有涨很多还降了。是不是供应链造成的物价上涨，如果这样通货膨胀就是暂时的，那么利率就不会持续上升，这种情况是不是应该选浮动利率？
