siding 问题请教

有一个投资房，siding  已经很差了，必须得修。拿到了三个bids:

1)修房子所有需要修补的地方，用木头修；修好后还得刷漆：$ 8,800

2）修3面（房子前面的siding 还好），修完后在外面包上一层vinyle siding: $16,700;

3）四面坏掉的siding 修补好以后，在外面包一层vinyle siding: $22,000. 看到他们给邻居做的活，很漂亮。据说20年不必担心siding 的问题了。

据说原料都在涨价，所以需要赶快决定。但是实在是不知道应该选哪一个。如果选3， 是不是要再找几个人来quote. 这年月，要个quote 也很难。谢谢大家的宝贵建议！
